What You Need:
- 1 1/2 oz creme de cocoa
- 1 1/2 oz coconut vodka
- 2 tbsp caramel sauce
- 1 tbsp chocolate sauce
- 1/2 cup cream see note
- Toasted coconut agave nectar, and whip cream (optional)
What to Do:
Very carefully, rim a martini glass with agave nectar and then dip in toasted coconut, set aside.
Add the first five ingredients to a martini shaker full of ice. Shake to combine, and strain into the martini glass.
Top with whip cream and more toasted coconut.
Note: For the cream in this recipe, just use whatever cream you have on hand. I use fat-free half and half in my coffee in the morning, so that’s what I tossed in, and it was perfect. You could also swap out some of the cream for a scoop of ice cream and make it more of a boozy float, yum!
