On Sunday, April 24, The Sexual Assault Crisis & Support Center is hosting their annual ‘One in Five 5K!’
Get your team together and Race for the One. The event is inspired by the Maine statistic of an estimated ONE in FIVE people in the state that have been affected by sexual violence.
The 11th Annual One in Five 5K will be at FirstPark in Oakland at 9:00am. There is also a virtual option.
The Sexual Assault Crisis & Support Center’s Executive Director, Donna Strickler joined Mac Dickson to talk about the event. Hear the interview below.
