Wiscasset Police stopped a vehicle on Alna Road in Wiscasset for a violation. Drugs and cash were found in the vehicle.
34-year-old Dulcie K. Vess and 38-year-old Brendon M. McLellan, both of Wiscasset, were arrested.
After an investigation continued to a home, Also on Alna Road, 64-year-old Jody M. Mills and 50-year-old Penny S. Pelletier both of Wiscasset, were arrested.
