Josselyn Henry, 29, of Brownfield is being charged with endangering the welfare of a child. Also, Henry is charged with unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
The Oxford County Sheriff’s Office says a 3-year-old girl is expected to recover after ingesting her mother’s heroin while being left unattended.
