Tyler Witham-Jordan is accused of killing 3-year-old Makinzlee Handrahan on Christmas Day in 2022 in Edgecomb.
Witham-Jordan is scheduled to be arraigned today, Jan. 11, in Lincoln County Superior Court in Wiscasset.
According to WGME, the medical examiner ruled her cause of death blunt force trauma and says she had internal injuries.
During a 911 call, the Maine man accused of killing a 3-year-old girl can be heard saying, "I'm f—-d" and "I'm finished." First responders say they found bruises all over her body.
