The Maine Drug Enforcement Agency has arrested 32-year-old Renee Rocheville of Sanford for aggravated trafficking in illegal drugs and seized a significant amount of methamphetamine.

From the MDEA:

For the past month, agents with the MDEA York District Task Force have responded to citizen complaints regarding suspected drug trafficking locations throughout York County. On the afternoon into the evening of Monday, April 24, 2023, agents were conducting surveillance of several locations in Sanford when they observed Renee Rocheville operating a vehicle in Sanford. The registration plates on the vehicle were illegally attached and belonged on a different vehicle. Agents also knew Rocheville was out on bail for drug trafficking charges stemming from an arrest in March by Sanford Police.

Sanford police conducted a traffic stop of Rocheville in Sanford. As a result, 360 grams of methamphetamine, 21 Suboxone Strips, assorted prescription pills and $14,200 in suspected drug
proceeds were seized. Rocheville was arrested without incident and transported to the York County Jail by Sanford Police. Bail was set at $2,500 cash. Agents will be seeking to have Rocheville’s two bails revoked through the State’s Attorney General’s office due to her continued criminal behavior.

Street value of the seized drugs is approximately $45,000.
