UPDATE: Body Found in Androscoggin Identified

UPDATE: The Lewiston Police Department has identified the body found in the Androscoggin River this past weekend as Isar Coleman, 31, of Lewiston.

Officials are still investigating a cause of death.

ORIGINAL STORY:
A body was found in the Androscoggin River in Lewiston on Saturday, Aug. 20, floating in the water above the falls.

According to WGME, the victim’s name has not been released and an autopsy is scheduled for later this week.
