Bangor Police Arrest 2 People for OUI; Driving the Same Car

Two brothers were arrested in Bangor after police say they admitted to driving the same car while drunk.

Bangor Police received reports about a car driving erratically on April 9, on outer Broadway. According to witnesses, the vehicle pulled over, and the driver and passenger switched seats.

27-year-old Manoach Bizumuremyi, and 28-year-old Muhoza Bizumuremyi, both of Bangor, were found standing outside the vehicle in a parking lot. Both admitted to driving the car, and both failed sobriety tests.
