The Piscataquis County Sheriff’s Office says 38-year-old Randolph “Randy” Bourgoin of Bradford is accused of stealing tractors from a property in Barnard Township.
Bourgoin has been charged him with theft and violation of his condition of release. More charges are possible as the investigation continues.
