Costco, a national membership-only big-box retail store, will be opening their first location in Maine, but unfortunately for central Mainers, you’ll have to drive to Scarborough.
According to the Press Herald, the plan was approved unanimously by the planning board but will need to get approval from the Maine Department of Environmental Protection.
