54-year-old Raymond Giard III of Nashua, New Hampshire was pronounced dead at the scene of a crash on the Falmouth Spur in Falmouth.

On Wednesday, October 18, 2023, at approximately 8:10 pm, Troopers responded to the report of a fatal crash on the Falmouth Spur in Falmouth. The location of the crash was on the east end of the spur on the ramp areas which is not a divided highway. The initial investigation indicates that 54-year-old Raymond Giard III of Nashua, New Hampshire was operating his black Chevy Silverado east on the spur on the wrong side of the roadway crashing head-on into 49-year-old Charles Jack of Poland who was operating a silver Honda CRV. As a result of the crash Jack suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries. Giard was pronounced dead on the scene. The investigation is ongoing but alcohol is believed to be a factor in the crash.
