43-year-old Jonathan Cabral of Naples dies in a fire at his home in Naples on Friday, Feb. 24.
From the Maine State Police:
On Friday, February 24, 2023 at approximately 2:00 am, the Naples Fire Department responded to reports of a residential fire at 88 East Shore Beach Road in Naples. The Fire Marshal’s Office was contacted and investigators responded to the location to process the scene and begin an investigation. Discovered in the fire was a deceased male, homeowner 43-year-old Jonathan Cabral who lived alone at the residence. His remains were transported to a local funeral home. The fire is an active and ongoing investigation.
Also responding to the scene were fire departments were from Casco, Sweden, Bridgetown, Harrison, Poland, Otisfield, Sebago and Windham. The Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office as well as Naples and Sebago Rescue also assisted.
