48-year-old Joseph Pepin of Guilford has been arrested accused of of kidnapping a woman and holding her at gunpoint in a Bangor motel room.
According to WGME, CBS 13, the victim, who had been staying with Pepin at the motel, prevented her from leaving by threatening her with a firearm.
Pepin has been charged with kidnapping and various charges including domestic violence criminal threatening.
