Garrett Foss, 31, of Hermon, has been arrested after an incident Sunday night, March 29, in which he reportedly violently assaulted a resident on Broad Street in Bangor.
Foss allegedly threatened a woman with a firearm. Due to a previous conviction, Foss is prohibited from being in possession of a firearm.
The Bangor Police Department says Foss was arrested and charged with the following:
- Domestic Violence Aggravated Assault, Class B
- Domestic Violence Criminal Threatening with priors and with a Dangerous, Class B
- Criminal Restraint, Class D
- Possession of a Firearm by a Prohibited Person, Class B
- Violating Conditions of Release, Class E
