The Lewiston Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Rossano A. Williams, 43, of Alton, IL.
Williams is wanted for Gross Sexual Assault, Aggravated Assault, and Strangulation after an incident that took place over the weekend in Lewiston.
Lewiston PD says Williams is known to operate a 2011 Black Chevy Cruze, bearing Illinois registration plates.
