Please come by the Monmouth Fish and Game, Sunday, Jan. 19 as members of the surrounding communities and area businesses have come together to show support for Monmouth Police Department Lt. Dana Wessling. He has a long road to recovery, after being involved in a recent motor vehicle crash.
There’ll be raffles, food and more. Donations accepted at the door.
From the Monmouth and Winthrop PD:
Due to the overwhelming support we have received over the last week from businesses and community members, we are expecting a higher turnout then originally anticipated. To accommodate everyone and make sure there is enough room for seating and parking we have added that meals will be served at 3 different times! The raffles will be held at the end of the event, but you do not need to be present to win!
Here’s the Go Fund Me page in support of the Wessling family.
