A standoff on Route 126 in Monmouth ended without incident today, April 30.
Howard Gribbin, 55, is charged with creating a police standoff, violating conditions of release and violating a protection order.
A tactical team from the Maine State Police was called in, however Gribbin surrendered peacefully and was taken to the Kennebec County Jail.
