A bunch of fairs are coming to Maine this week and one of them, the Piscataquis Valley Fair, is in Dover-Foxcroft.
So, what’s notable about this fair? Its representative is the Maple Queen, who will be crowned on Saturday morning. The pageant begins at 10.

On the main stage, Thursday features the Tyler Healy Band, Friday see Lexi James + Wildheart and on Saturday, Josiah Dyer will perform.
