Rockland Plow Driver Arrested: Allegedly Aimed Truck at Individuals

65-year-old Michael Robinson of Rockland, drove his plow truck, with the plow down, in close proximity to approximately 75 individuals who were gathered in Chapman Park.

Rockland Police say the this action caused snow and ice to strike multiple people, some with enough force to knock them to the ground.

Robinson was booked into the Knox County Jail on the charges of felony reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon and driving to endanger.

Additional charges of assault are expected to be added at arraignment.
