Mark X. Haley II, 42, of Rockport has plead guilty to getting $1 million in COVID-19 loans fraudulently.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office says Haley filed 9 fraudulent Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan applications and received more than $1 million.
Haley is facing up to 30 years in prison and a $1 million fine.
