24-year-old Ryan Boucher of Pittston is facing charges after allegedly passing a vehicle on snow-covered roads in Woolwich and hitting an oncoming driver head-on, causing serious injuries to both drivers.

The Sagadahoc County Sheriff’s Office says they got a report about a two-vehicle head-on crash and a third vehicle off the road on Rt. 127 around 6 a.m.

Deputies say a Toyota Camry, driven by , was passing a Toyota RAV when he hit a Chevrolet Impala that was in the oncoming lane head-on.
