34-year-old Rhaheem Friend of Skowhegan has been charged with manslaughter and OUI in connection with a deadly crash in 2024 in Solon.
The Somerset County Sheriff’s Office say Friend’s passenger, 39-year-old Nicholas Foss of Madison, died at the scene.
Friend suffered serious injuries.
