The U.S. Supreme Court today, May 20, has sided with Representative Laurel Libby, who serves North Auburn and Minot. Libby was censured and silenced for speaking out and posting on social media against biological boys competing in female sports.
The Supreme Court has ruled that “no state legislature has the power to silence an elected official simply for speaking truthfully about issues that matter.”
Her ability to vote in the legislature has to be restored.

This is a win for free speech — and for the Constitution. 🇺🇸
