Whipping wind and heavy rain led to well over 150,000 power outages across Maine at its peak on Friday.

Central Maine Power Co. reported more than 150,000 customers were without customers by mid afternoon Friday. Some 13,000 of those customers were in Kennebec and Somerset counties.
