Turner Woman Pleads Guilty to Selling Guns to California Gangs

Jennifer Scruggs, 35, of Turner, has pleaded guilty to a charge of conspiracy to violate federal firearms laws in buying guns allegedly provided to gangs in Southern California.

Scruggs purchased 55 guns from dealers in Auburn, Turner and Whitefield. She was charged with 10 counts of making illegal gun purchases.
