23-year-old Christopher Sabol was pronounced dead on scene in a two vehicle crash near 223 Fort Knox Road in Prospect.

On Saturday, August 12, 2023 at approximately 3:34 pm, Troopers responded to a two vehicle crash near 223 Fort Knox Road in Prospect. Initial investigation indicates that the operator of a motorcycle traveling west bound with a group of motorcycles on Fort Knox Road passed a car at a high rate of speed, failed to negotiate a curve and slammed into the side of a 2014 Subaru Crosstrek. The operator of the motorcycle 23-year-old Christopher Sabol was pronounced dead on scene. The driver of the Subaru was not injured. The crash remains under investigation.
