How it works:

  1. Complete the claim form below within 24 hours.
  2. Use the email address associated with your Ticketmaster account.
  3. Watch for your Ticketmaster transfer (typically within 3 days of the concert).
  4. Accept your tickets immediately after receiving the Ticketmaster email.

Before You Begin

Please read the following carefully:

  • You must provide the email address associated with your Ticketmaster account. Tickets can only be transferred to the Ticketmaster email address you provide.
  • Double-check your email address for spelling and accuracy before submitting the form.
  • Forms submitted with an incorrect or misspelled email address may result in delayed or unsuccessful ticket delivery.
  • If you do not already have a Ticketmaster account, you can create one using the email address you wish to receive your tickets.
i.e. Not So Impossible Question, Text Context, Facebook Giveaway, etc.
We will be matching your provided contact information with our list of daily prize winners. Please note that you can only win one prize per HOUSEHOLD every 60 days. Attempts to subvert our contest rules will result in ineligibiity to participate in future contests.

Important

⏰ The form must be completed within 24 hours of your win. Failure to submit the form within that time may result in forfeiture of your prize, and another winner may be selected.

Once your information has been verified and we receive the tickets from the event promoter, we’ll transfer your tickets through Ticketmaster. You’ll receive an email directly from Ticketmaster with instructions on how to claim them.

Please note that we do not receive digital tickets from the concert promoter until very close to the event date. Because of this, most winners will receive their Ticketmaster transfer within three (3) days of the concert.

If you haven’t received your tickets within three days of the event, please email jamieg@mixmaine.com, and we’ll be happy to help troubleshoot the issue.

Please do not call the radio station to inquire about your tickets. Our DJs are often live on the air or preparing for broadcasts and are unable to assist with ticket transfers. Email is the quickest and most efficient way for us to help you.

Important: Claim Your Tickets Right Away

Once we send your tickets, you’ll receive an email directly from Ticketmaster notifying you that your tickets are ready to be accepted.

Please open that email and complete the ticket transfer as soon as possible. Simply receiving the email does not automatically place the tickets in your Ticketmaster account – you must click the acceptance link and follow Ticketmaster’s instructions to complete the transfer.

We strongly recommend accepting your tickets well before the day of the concert. Waiting until you’re in line at the venue could lead to unnecessary delays if you experience login issues, forgot your Ticketmaster password, or encounter another technical problem.

Accepting your tickets as soon as you receive them gives you plenty of time to resolve any issues before show day so you can simply arrive, scan your tickets, and enjoy the concert!

  • Mix Maine Media is not responsible for tickets that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect, incomplete, or misspelled email address provided on this form.
  • Ticket delivery is subject to availability and the timing of when tickets are received from the event promoter.
