30-year-old Sierra McDonald is accused of allegedly stealing a canoe and causing $10,000 worth of damage near the Rockland Public Landing.
Rockland Police report that McDonald took off her clothes, entered the water, and boarded a nearby lobster boat and attempted to untie the vessel.
McDonald was arrested and brought to Pen Bay Medical Center for an evaluation.
