The Paris Police Department is asking the public to be on the outlook for 33-year old Francis Clark of West Paris. He is being sought for outstanding warrants and was involved in a police interaction last night, March 6.

Clark was seen walking up Elm Hill Road while holding an ax. Since he hadn’t committed a crime and wasn’t acting in a threatening manner, and refused to identify himself, officers let him go. He was released before police knew that Clark had a warrant for his arrest.

If you see Clark, who was seen this afternoon on Rt. 26 in West Paris, please contact the Oxford County Regional Communications Center at 207-743-9554.
