Home Prices Spike Higher in Augusta Compared to Rest of New England

Zillow, the real estate marketplace website, says Augusta could see home prices increase around 7 percent by next April.

No other cities in Maine or New England are projected to spike as much.

The typical home value of homes currently in Augusta, according to Zillow, is $247,604. Home values in the state capital have gone up 4.1 percent over the past year.
