Officials say a 21-year-old Sidney man was going over 120 miles per hour right before a deadly crash in Winthrop, Aug. 23.
Winthrop Police say a Ford Mustang that had been driving 123 miles per hour in a 45 mph zone on Route 202, hit a Toyota Tacoma that was turning left onto Turtle Run Road.
76-year-old Steven Greene of Massachusetts, the driver of the Tacoma, died at the scene.
The crash is under investigation.
