UPDATE: Westbrook police say both 14-year-old Eylin Raudales and 16-year-old Xavier Ngimbi have been found and they are safe.
ORIGINAL POST: The Westbrook Police Department is seeking help in locating 2 missing juveniles. At this time, police say these incidents are not believed to be related.
The first missing juvenile is Eylin Raudales, a 14-year old female. She was last seen Monday night, June 22, around 6:00pm. After leaving Westbrook, she is believed to have been dropped off in the area of Forest Ave and Warren Avenue in Portland. Eylin was last seen wearing a baby blue Gap hooded sweatshirt, a black skirt, and black crocs. She has brown eyes, long reddish-brown hair, with bangs across her forehead.
The second missing juvenile is Xavier Ngimbi, a 16-year old male. He was last seen in Westbrook on Friday, June 19, around 12 Noon, in the area of Greenfield Drive. He was on his black E-scooter at the time. Xavier is described as being approximately 5’3″-5’5″, 120 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He may be around the Westbrook or Saco area.
