Some news always hits harder if you’re a fan, as I have been of Danny Glover.
Danny has revealed he was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease several years ago.
The 79-year-old actor, known for his roles in Lethal Weapon and The Color Purple, shared the news during an interview on TODAY that aired Wednesday.
Glover said he has learned to live with the diagnosis but knows the disease will bring changes as it progresses. He also credited his family for their continued support.
I can’t imagine what it must be like knowing the outcome while you are still lucid, I know friends and family members who have. This is not a good way to end your journey.
