48-year-old Christopher C. Cates of Bingham, who has a long history of sexual crime convictions, has been charged sexually assaulting two girls under the age of 14.
The Somerset County Sheriff’s Office says the assaults happened earlier this year in Moscow.
The charges aginst Cates include: unlawful sexual contact, visual sexual aggression of a child, unlawful sexual touching, and indecent conduct.
