The Drug Enforcement Administration has issued a warning concerning pills shaped like alien heads and hand grenades that are laced with fentanyl.
The green and purple colored pills are shaped like candy or vitamins. They were found in Cumberland County.
The amount discovered in the pills could be fatal.
