Police say a chase began in Norridgewock Sunday night, Nov. 26, when a deputy tried to stop a Subaru Impreza for speeding. Eventually the driver led officers through multiple central Maine towns before ditching the vehicle in Benton. They then ran into the woods.
A Maine State Police K-9 was unable to track the suspect. Police are still in search of the suspect of the Impreza, which was impounded.
